3. Attend the event with your colleague any day between 20 – 22 September 2023

Terms and conditions

• This competition is open to all visitors who have pre-registered, attends the event, and successfully refers a colleague to register for Transport Evolution Africa taking place 20 – 22 September 2023 at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli ICC Complex (Durban ICC), South Africa
• Closing date of the competition is  22 September 2023
• Prizes to win: 1 of 2 Domestic Economy Class Return Tickets with South African Airways (SAA) 
• Winners will be randomly selected by dmg events and announced on 22 September 2023
• Winners will be contacted telephonically and via email
• Winners will need to accept their prize by no later than 22 September 2023
• The competition is only for the transport & logistics industry peers and people outside of the industry won’t be accepted
• All travel must be booked and flown within the valid dates above, no extensions will be granted.
• Redeemed travel is subject to availability and seats may not be available on all flights
• This letter is non-transferable and at no time may it be purchased, sold or bartered or otherwise exchanged for a cash value.
• This letter cannot be sold or traded on any auction website.
• Once issued the ticket will be considered non-refundable.
• Travel is not permitted on a code-share flight.
• Rerouting of the itinerary is not permitted once the tickets have been issued.
• Airport taxes, fees and surcharges if applicable are included in the prize.
• Once ticketed the prize will be considered used.
• Date changes are permitted subject to the same booking class, cabin and within the validity of the issued ticket.
• Prizewinner tickets do not qualify to earn miles on our Voyager Programme.
• The prizewinner is expected to travel with the travel partner/companion on the same dates and flights.
• Please note that your reservation and ticketing cannot be arranged through a Travel Agency, payment may only be accepted at a South African Airways Ticket Office.
• The original letter must be produced when collecting your ticket.
• Please ensure to provide us with your ID copy.
